Recurring expenses

Costs that come back every month or quarter — Adobe, iCloud, hosting, your KvK fee — can be set up once as an Abonnement. boeq then books them for you on schedule.

Create a recurring expense

Section titled “Create a recurring expense”
  1. Open Bonnen and tap Abonnementen.
  2. Tap + Nieuw abonnement.
  3. Fill in the amount, the category, and the BTW-tarief.
  4. Choose the interval — monthly, quarterly or yearly.
  5. Tap Opslaan.

Pause or resume

Section titled “Pause or resume”

Tap a template to edit it. Paused templates move to the Gepauzeerd section and stop booking until you resume them.
