Manage your companies

boeq supports more than one eenmanszaak. Each company is a separate, encrypted administration on your device, and you switch the active one whenever you like.

Switch the active company

1. Tap the company name at the top of the sidebar (desktop) or open the company menu.
2. Pick the company you want to work in — the active one shows a checkmark.

The whole app — Boekingen, Facturen, Belasting — then shows that company’s data.

Add another company

1. Open the company menu and choose Beheer ondernemingen….
2. Tap Nieuw bedrijf aanmaken and fill in the form (see Your first company).

Edit a company’s details

1. Go to Instellingen → Bedrijfsgegevens.
2. Update the name, KvK, BTW-id, IBAN, address, invoice-number prefix, or logo.
3. Save.

Remove a company

1. Open Beheer ondernemingen….
2. Tap the delete icon next to the company.
3. Confirm in the dialog.

Caution

Deleting a company permanently removes all of its boekingen, facturen, contacten and bonnen from this device. There is no cloud copy. Make a backup first if you might need the data later.
